Equipped with 3 spiral pipe forming machines, OSPipe produces spiral welded steel pipe from its sites located at Pulau Indah, Klang, Selangor Malaysia and at Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia with a production capacity of up to 100,000 mt per annum.

Our 3 spiral forming machines cater to a range of production. Various diameters can be produced economically by changing the forming angle. This allows us to accept big or small orders of various sizes at anytime.

Maintaining high standard of surface preparation is the most important criteria for ensuring performance and service life of protecting coating. We conduct blasting and painting in accordance with the strict conditions and our clients’ requirement for coating performance.

Our in-house painting facilities provide a wide range of coating solutions to suit your project requirements.

Proper surface preparation is essential for the success of any protective coating scheme. The importance of removing oil, grease, old coatings and surface contaminants (such as mill scale and rust on steel and zinc salts on galvanised surfaces) cannot be over emphasized.

The performance of any paint coating is directly dependent upon the correct and thorough preparation of the surface prior to coating. Even the most expensive and technologically advanced coating system will fail if the surface preparation is incorrect or incomplete.

We offer bitumen enamel wrapped with one layer of fiberglass and another layer of thermoglass. Depending on project requirements, bitumen enamel wrap is typically applied to 6mm thick. Upon application, the wrapping would subject to thickness check and holiday test to ensure continuity.

Epoxies are a top choice for steel coating application. Not only it is durable, it is also resistant to many corrosive substances. We offer epoxy coating to preserve our pipes from any exterior deterioration, giving it optimum protection against abrasion, turbulence, corrosive fluids and extreme temperatures.

Efficient batching plant set up allows the concrete mix proportion to be within the correct ratio and consistency during the lining process.

Centrifugal cement lining for pipe internal surface is done up to 30 mm thick and maintained at high consistency.

Cement lining cutback could be customized to requirements.

FABRICATION

Our manufacturing technology and production management systems ensure project success, providing you solution for pipe fabrication. Our fabrication facilities include pile shoe, clutch, lifting hole, bevel, FCAW, gouging machine and plasma cutter.
